Keep in mind the quickest way is not a great way to stop hair thinning. It will only solve your problem temporally and I am sure you want long lasting results. There is no quick way because your body and you have bad habit then it stays with you throughout your life onto you change it.
You want to long lasting result and permit results. In order to do that, you will need to target the problem from root. It will start within your body, then target the hair roots, and then everything else.
Do the following and you will see the BEST results and BEST ANSWER:
- Change your diet and eat healthy. Have a more protein base diet. What you eat will show throughout your body inside and outside.
- Drink more water. 2–3 Gallons a day
- Make sure to get your daily vitamins, minerals, and everything else.
- Drink Aloe vera juice because it will help your body absorb more of healthy things your hair root needs to grow strong, long, and maintain its color.
- If you have a stressful life, then meditate everyday. Relax and breathe more. Smile more.
- Workout everyday for at least 30 mins to an hour.
- Apply oils regularly 2–3 times a week. Specially if you have dried hair.
- don’t wash your hair every day.
- Don’t use hot things on your hair
- Take a cold showers or only use cold water on your hair.
- Stop using harmful chemicals on your hair. This includes shampoos with chemicals. Make your own shampoo using plants (peppermint, aloe vera, rosemary..etc) and add TEA TREE OIL.
